Employee Tests in ESS and MSS

We would like to be able to allow employees to see their health tests in ESS and for managers to see completion/due dates of certain health tests (FITTEST and TB primarily)

Has anyone successfully exposed that information in ESS and/or MSS? IF so, how?

We weren't able to directly expose it, but we were able to get the information onto MSS by creating it as a competency on PA21 using ProcessFlow. This made it visible to MSS bookmarks as well as telling the manager when it was next due.

Are you saying you used PF to move the data from PA49 to PA21? Do you then continue to update the PA21 record each year or create new ones?

Each PA49 creates a new Skill entry on PA21, so the PA21 shows each year that you receive the health test. The only data entry is done on PA49 by our Employee Health staff.

Do you write to the PA21 once the test is "completed" on the PA49 with a next date for the following year?

Yeah, that is the trigger and we put the renew date in for the next year.
