M3 ION Application Connection not processing data in COR_INBOX tables. Need setup help...

I have a Document Flow that works fine in my DEV environment. It receives incoming traffic from a third party source and sends it to an M3 Application Connection, wherein it is written to the COR_INBOX tables. However, in my PROD environment, the data just sits in the COR_INBOX tables. It is not getting processed. I assume there is a configuration issue somewhere in my setup, and I have searched mightily for it in the LCM and Partner Admin tool, but cannot find it.

Can anyone provide me a list of settings I should be checking to verify that my installation is pointing correctly to the COR_INBOX tables and is otherwise set up to process the data therein correctly?

Hello,

1) You can check your channels in MEC, make sure they are in RUNNING mode

If not, check partner administration in Manage/Communication/Receive. Check also that your channel is active.

2) If everything is OK, maybe your incoming BOD is a custom one. Check that BODTypes contains the BOD you are working with in the channel definition. Update & restart channel if necessary.

The Receive channels were not set up correctly. That fixed it. Thanks.
