EEO-1 Comp 2 - Zip Codes

We installed the 2nd CTP that came out and our zip codes on our CSV is only 4 digits. Has anyone else had this issue? Our zip code starts with 0 so not sure if it is intentionally not pulling the 0 or not. I do have a case open with Lawson but curious if anyone else who has a zip code that starts in 0 if this happened and if you have one that starts with a different number if it pulled all 5 digits.

are you opening your CSV in Excel? If so, Excel will automatically drop leading zeros if it think the field is numeric. Try opening in a text editor to see if Lawson is creating the correct zip code.

No when I open it with notebook++ it is still missing the 5th digit

it comes out of Lawson without the leading zeros. I reported this as well to them. For the time being, I manually edited the file to have the leading zeros back in place.

I was told today by support that they have created a JT and development is working on a fix.
