Hello,
We implemented a user provisioning flow today but have received word from three new hires saying they cannot get into their Workspace account. After watching them attempt to login, we noticed the web page simply refreshes. The usual red coded text specifying that the username or password is incorrect does not show.
We've confirmed their accounts are properly set up in Landmark, ISS and LSA, with the correct identities linked.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
