We have one process level using Step & Grade, and we pay the higher of 2 grades when employees transfer jobs during a shift. On the employee wage statements, the hours aggregate with a blended rate, which our employment law attorney says is out of compliance with the new MN wage theft law. I'm not sure if there is a Lawson setting to prevent this, or if it's in the PMT out configuration, or if it happens somewhere else. We are S3 10.0.7 and use MHC for in-house check/notis printing.
