Term Pending employees

We are writing a report out of SQL for Termed Employees and are getting the information needed from the TURNOVERDATA table, however we would like to include the employees that are Term Pending but do not see that status change and have not been able to locate where this can be found. Any suggestions would be great.

Still trying to find a way to track term pending in GHR. Any ideas?

You can run a query using spreadsheet designer with the Business Class "Employee" and select fields that you want and include "RelationshipStatus" and that will give you Active, Term Pending, and Term Final status.

I think it all depends on how you are set up. In GHR we set to Terminated. Then in the cross reference they go to S3 payroll as 'Term Pending'... once payroll is done paying them out, they change to TT term final. We don't track on GHR side who is term pending..
