PA390 - EEO-1 Comp-2

We have 1 company and multiple establishments and are having trouble filing out EEO-1 Comp-2.

Has anyone with the same situation who filed electronically be willing to chat with us?

We keep getting an error code with the EEOC and its not really steering us in any direction on how to fix the issue.

What error are you getting? We have the same type of setup, but Lawson produced a type 2 in the report. Had to remove the type 2 records. Is that the message you are getting?

that's the same errors I was getting. I haven't submitted yet, but I was able to get past that by removing the status 2 records. The way I read the error, it sounds like the consolidtated report 2 does not need to be included in the file.

Did you get a type 3? We cannot get that piece to pull.

We did try removing the 2.

Type 9: 0

Type 8: 298

Type 6: 0

Type 2: 0

Total Reports: 304

I have successfully been able to upload, but I am waiting before I fully send due to the hours issue. Supposed to be a patch coming out soon for that.
