CenPOS has been made aware of a Security Update for Adobe Flash that may be causing issues with the CenPOS tendering process in an integrated solution. CenPOS users may experience an issue where after processing a transaction, the CenPOS window cannot be closed and the tendering process cannot be completed. CenPOS is actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
As a temporary solution to restore normal functionality to the tendering process, CenPOS recommends uninstalling this update.
This can be done by using the following steps:
1. Go to Windows Settings/Control Panel
2. Click Update & Security
3. Click on Windows Update in the left sidebar.
4. Click View Update History
5. Click Uninstall Updates at the top of the menu.
6. From the list of updates, find and select Security Update for Adobe Flash KB4516115
7. Click Uninstall
After uninstalling this update, CenPOS should resume working as expected. If you are using Windows 7, you will need to download and install the previous version of Flash here: https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_32.0.0.238_archive.zip
