PO30 Addins

We have a lot of receipts to make and are looking to do via Addins. I've been able to create the receiver with appropriate lines, but how do I get it to release and print function?

I believe it's the TC field from looking at the form definition, and that value should be L if I'm reading it correctly, but I can't get addins to do it.

I get a change complete continue but the receiver is still unreleased.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Have you checked PO30 to see if the lines are there? If so - would you mind sharing your map? I've never managed it.

Once the receipts are there - you could use PO58 for your userid and date - to get the receipt numbers and docks and back to excel - then map that output to PO35 to release.

If the upload didn't add the line - you can ask Infor Support to assist downloading Don Petersen's self-contained workbooks - they are Add-Ins + Macros essentially. There's a couple that will add and release to PO30.

Create another Addins spreadsheet for PO35 to release the receivers. Then run PO134 to print the receiving and putaway documents.

I use Add-Ins with an additional upload for PO35, line FC = R.

Hey Kat, long time no speak. Yeah let me get that to you in a bit. Thanks for the PO35 hint, I didn't have that in my security and had to log in as administrator to get to it. Working that out now.

Or PO140 instead of PO134 because PO140 will print MSCM delivery documents if you are using MSCM for delivery.

The PO35 does not Release and Print, it just Releases. tliening is right in using the PO140 to Release and Print even if you do not use MSCM.
