Currently we have a 3rd party vendor "Businessolver" manage our employee benefits with the exception of Group Term Life. We still utilize automation rules for the BN32 screens along with BN101 and BN100 to manage the Group Term Life for our eligible employees. If anyone else is a Businessolver client and lets them provide files to manage GTL please let me know how that process works and if it works well. Or does anyone else utilize a 3rd party vendor for their benefits and has a file for GTL...does that work well? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
