We currently use cornerstone for our recruitment tool and Infor (10.0.7) for our HRIS system. We have a Shared Service system through Neocase. So, today, a candidate is hired in Cornerstone recruitment, the recruiter completes a form in Neocase outlining all the hire information.
The Shared Services department them inputs the data in Lawson via Personnel Actions.
We are interested in automating the process to help reduce manual entry. Has anyone worked with automating the communication / entry into Lawson via an API or an Open ETL?
