We have 2 HL Plans that have BN16.1 entry rules for 1 particular HR55 group. When a new hire happens, and the employee DOESN'T qualify the HR55 group, BN100 is sending an error saying that no entry rule exists. Can that be suppressed?
Drill around on HR11 shows no qualification for the group being used in the BN15 plans, but on BN31.2, the new hire actually shows that they could enroll in the plan, even though they don't qualify for the group.
Two questions:
- Can you suppress the 'no entry rules exist' when the person does not qualify for HR55 group that is in the entry tab of BN15?
- Where else should I look to see why the person qualifies for the plan but does not meet the HR55 group being used?
