I was wondering what other organization are seeing on PO vs NON PO invoices.
Our organization is currently looking at increasing the number of Purchase Order invoices. We are hoping this works as another spend control since requests will need to go through our requisition approval process. Currently 30% of all invoices are associated with PO's.
