PA390 - Warning, The following employees were included in the default establishment totals...

When I ran the PA390 report, I received several pages of employees. Has this happen with anyone else? I'm trying to get this done today.

Hi Carmen, I had that happen. All of the folks were either missing Gender or Ethnicity.

That also happens when the establishments aren't built out with all the departments

I'm even on the list and I do have both fields completed. This did not happen until they installed the last patch.

I completed the page with the process levels and departments for the establishment company but not the headquarters.

Make sure all the departments are added to your establishments. That happened to me years ago and it was because new departments had been added but the PA93s weren't updated with the new departments

My apologies. I didn't see the error message you were referring to.

No worries, I'm glad you're taking time to assist me. Infor is saying I have to add all departments/process levels even in the headquarters PA93.2. This makes no sense to me. It should automatically default.

We couldn't get the type 3 report to print when our headqtrs was empty - we filled it in with our new process level for our new umbrella company and it worked for us.

Thanks, I have it working now. I needed to put in the process levels and departments in the headquarters screen.
