PA390 Upload into EEOC database

Is there an easy way to do the upload without having to manipulate the data?

As long as you have applied all the EEO patches, the PA390 will create a CSV file to upload to the NORC website. I had a make a few manual adjustments to my CSV file, but that was because we did not have all the patches applied at the time I ran my PA390 job in update.

Thanks you all. I ended up manually inputting. I kept getting errors with the upload.

We tried to upload our file but received an error message, Error code 0.5 regarding the file containing an invalid combination of report types. Has anyone else received this message. We included the hospital, clinics and a consolidated report in the file.

It probably doesn't want the consolidated report. We had to delete ours from the file manually. Apparently you can only include those if submitting type 6 records, where you're only submitting a list of <50 establishment names.

It was the same for us as well. Did that and cleaned up some addresses etc and we were good.
