We are paralleling GHR 11.0.13 on-prem. We have a question as it relates to performing mass pay rate updates using ISD. We recognize that using the compensation module is probably the best practice and we are working on that shortly after go-live;however, immediately after go-live we have a need to perform a mass pay rate update. Any best practice steps as it relates to compensation module would be greatly appreciated as well, but we are working using ISD due to time constraints. Are their any issues with performing a mass pay rate update using ISD? We currently have a CSV file with the employee and new pay rate information. We assume all we need to do is map key columns to the WorkAssignment business class and update the payrate with new effective dates. We'd like to hear from anyone who has experience with this approach.
