Cloud - Global Ledger chart of accounts audit

Hoping someone can help me out here.

I'm in IT and every year we have to participate in annual Financial Security Audit.  Part of that audit is showing all changes to our Chart of Accounts.. ie, adds, deletes, etc.  

On v 10 lsf foundation, we ran GL278 to comply.

V11, I can't find any way to do this.  I opened a support ticket and they confirmed there is no GL278 equivalent and advised to go to the audit log of EVERY GL account.  And that simply is not realistic.

How are others complying with this Financial  Audit requirement?

Are you single tenant or multi tenant? If single tenant you should be able to extract the audit logs for each business class via SQL.



To find the associated log table, you need to find the Business Class prefix. You can find this using the LPL viewer (Start > Library > Widgets > LPL Viewer) in Rich Client by viewing the Business Class.



If you're not single tenant or can't use SQL, but can run the dbexport Landmark Utility, you could use that to export the log tables.
