LP Module Accruals/Usage versus Kronos Accruals/Usage

Looking for some feedback on any users that maintain Lawson LP64.3 balances only while importing accruals and usage via TA570 from Kronos?

Our usage of PTO comes thru our PR530 interface and then running the LP Cycle. We send transactions in detail to Lawson from Kronos. I prefer having the accruals in Lawson fo that the liability is in the G/L and having Kronos read the balances.

We also do our accruals in Lawson rather than Kronos. The primary reason is all hours worked for all employees is not available in Kronos. Our salaried employees' hours worked are not in Kronos - we use Lawson's auto time record/PR30 to pay these employees. We also do not do historical edits in Kronos. We use Kronos for timekeeping only; all other functions are done in Lawson.

We do this same process. We have the accrual system running in Kronos so employees can monitor balances and request time off electronically. When hours are used it comes into payroll via PR530. We also accrue time off in Infor so employees can see hours not yet paid on their pay stubs. We also bring the hours available for payment into Kronos as a text line so employees can see both real available hours and unpaid hours in Kronos.
