Hi All,
Previously we've been told/heard that for Year End Patches to be supported we need to be on the current MSP or at least 1 back (MSP9 or MSP8), we are currently on MSP7. We came across the Year End Communications for 2017 & 2018 and noticed a call out
"The year-end updates are considered stand-alone. This means critical transfer packages (CTPs) can be loaded regardless of the MSP level or other CTPs currently installed on your system"
So we just need to confirm that with our current MSP version (MSP7), are the upcoming Year End Patches for 2019 supported or are we required to be on a higher MSP version? We are approaching Year End very soon and would be on a extremely tight timeline to get an MSP tested before Year End Patches are released in December.
Has anyone ever heard or have knowledge that we are required to be on the current MSP or 1 back (MSP9 or MSP8) for Year End Patches to be supported?
