Relationship to Organization changes - need to report on changes made to this

Trying to create a sql report for when changes made from Contract on the Relationship to Organization to Employee, I can see these in the full audit log and know they go to S3 however in trying to report have not been successful.

We do not see the information in the TURNOVERDATA table or the EmployeeExport table

 

Any suggestions?

I think you will find this field ("RELATIOSHIPTOORGANIZATION") available on the historical table "S_EMPL".
