The following issue has been brought to our attention:
If you have switched to the new CenPOS HTML5 interface (https://www4.cenpos.net/POSIntegration/POSIntegration-HTML5/) you will find that any customer number that has spaces in it will NOT be able to retrieve any Tokens that have been built (Customer and/or ShipTo Tokens) for that customer. If you visit the CenPOS virtual terminal you will find those tokens actually exist but you’ll notice that CenPOS has stripped out the spaces in the customer number. This is the reason that those tokens can’t be retrieved in FACTS…since the customer numbers no longer match.
The old CenPOS FLASH interface (https://www.cenpos.net/posintegration/inforintegration/default.aspx) does not have this problem and properly creates the token WITH the spaces maintained in the customer number.
CenPOS has been notified of this problem and has acknowledged that a fix will be forthcoming but…no ETA.
If you, or your customers, are experiencing this issue you can switch back to the CenPOS FLASH interface for the time being. NOTE: CenPOS is expecting to take down the FLASH interface sometime in late December 2019 or early January 2020. Just keep this in mind.
