We recently started to implement the Goals module in GHR. We have since entered quite a few enhancement requests, but unless we get votes we won't get any traction. Below are the enhancement requests. Note: we understand they can be done with customizations, we believe they should be standard delivered functionality. Thanks for your help!
ER 38799 – Change the default landing tab from Pending to Active
ER 38796 – Currently leaders must click into each goal and approve the 90 day action plans one goal at a time. For leaders with multiple staff who have multiple goals, this is very time consuming. Would like the ability to be able to review all 90 day action plans and approve all of them with one click.
ER 39198 – Have the flag “Entered on this goal” at the Goal Category level as well as the goal level. This will allow a special category for goals that need to have the score entered manually by the manager to help with maintenance of the results. It would make auditing and reporting easier as well.
ER 38806 – A delivered goals report that is a hierarchy report showing the goals for the leader selected and their reports. Need ability to run by VP or Director or Manager, along with all the reports under the leader selected, and their reports.
ER 38803 – On the Goal Reports, the supervisor code is listed. We would like to have the leader name added as well.
ER 39201 – Allow the Goal Leader role to submit a draft goal on behalf of an employee. The Manager should be able to submit a draft goal on behalf of an employee. There are times (LOA is a great example) when this would need to be used.
