Missing employees in Employee Group

We have an employee group for employees that need to have Mask Fit Tests that is built by posiiton codes that include both primary and additional positions.

I needed to add another posiiton and when the group updated, 4 employees whose primary position didn't qualify them but an additional position did.

Has anyone experienced this before? How did you correct it?

I am considering 2 sub groups and then the main group that would include all because I think my group criteria has gotten too large.

Can you provide the detail on how you have them set up currently? I use sub groups a lot in my employee group set up because we have a lot of union and grandfathered groups.

Have you tried creating a user field on the HR11 or on the Position that indicates they need mask fit tests. Your employee group can use this field to pull in the employees who fit meet the criteria.

We utilize user fields in positions to track bloodborne risk, color blind testing requirement and TB (along with other items).

We use PA08 to set the requirements for either position or job code for BLS, ACLS, certification, license, etc. requirements.

Our I.T. department has written reports that we access through LBI and managers access through MSS to see expiration dates for certs, etc. and requirement from the position user field. We don't utilize employee groups for the requirements of positions or job codes.
