Window "moves" off screen while editing legs

Anyone have help for this? The window moves partially off screen, and the resolution on the monitors is still the same

I don't know what to do about it but I am experiencing the same thing. Just another issue with version 9?

WE have not received any advice other than it "shouldn't happen" We thought it was a Windows version issue but it did not resolve itself when we upgraded our OS.

Not sure if its the same issue but I have a similar issue for one particular user where the Edit Packlist window of Shipping Entry loads off the screen. If there is an associated row with the window in question in the SIZING table you can delete that record and it will reset the window to the center of the page the next time it is called.

Alternatively, One thing we have learned is assuming the sub-window in question is not maximized, you can do the following to bring the window back on screen.

1.    Using the keyboard, Hold Alt key and tap Space key.

2.    Tap M key.

3.    Hit the Left Arrow key.

4.    Now move the mouse around. You should see a rectangular outline.

5.    Once the outline is completely on the Desktop, click the left mouse button.
