Absence Management accrual calculation with a minimum

We are trying to set up an accrual table in Absence Management with a calculation that uses a value in a user defined field on the HR11.  That part we have.  However, if the result of that calculation falls below a minimum we need the accrual to use a set minimum value instead of the result of the calculation.  Is that possible?

Hi pmarosi, I tried to think about this in a different way. What if you start by giving everyone who is eligible an allotment equal to your minimum value. Then, have an accrual plan for employees where the result of their calculation is above the minimum. Where I am going with this is, instead of having LP do the calculation and then trying to have it somehow look at the result, if you store the result of the calculation in another user field, you could make it a criteria for an employee group, and then enroll those who meet the criteria in the accrual plan.
