Hi,
I have a customer who is have new machines installed and their IT support are getting a cannot create start menu error when trying to install the O3 Client. It then rolls back the install, so can't even create the shortcuts etc. manually.
Just thought I would see if anyone else had seen a similar issue.
I suspect the way the machines have been imaged?? Possibly permissions in the registry.
Win 10 pro 1903 build 18362.418
O3 VFP 2.60.13 - I know full 1903 support didn't start until 2.62
I have test on my network and machine with 2.60.12 and it installs OK.
I also have a number of sites running 2.60.13 and Win 10 1903
