Hello Everyone, We are implementing the Goals module and have run into an issue. I am interested to see how others are handling it. Our leaders have goals that in our current system they enter the results themselves - one example is a budget variance calculation that varies by leader. In Infor Goals, the leader can only enter results for their staff, they cannot enter results on their own goals. We are struggling with how to manage the results for these types of goals - of which we have a few.
How are others handling the entering of results like this? Are you using Performance Management to do so? An action plan on the Goal? Or is someone else entering the results? Any thoughts would be appreciated and I would be happy to talk offline if needed.
