Querying audit records for HR

We had a support ticket open and the way they gave us to query the LMGEN tables audit records is not going to work. The column for the audit has all changes ever made to the employee record. We need to be able to track the changes made in Landmark to an employee record. Has anyone had any success writing a custom SQL for this and if so, would you mind sharing tips?? Thank you!

If you are on Landmark release 11.0.1.23 or above you should be able to setup and populate the EmployeeFieldHistory file and EmployeeTransactionHistory file. This captures all changes to the Employee record in Landmark. There is on-line help under Employee History Reporting that walks you through how to configure and populate. I then run the update job daily to capture any changes.

We upgraded our Landmark version but the field we would like to track is the Employee identification field (or SSN). This is not one of the included "trackable" fields. Am I just missing it?

For me, through Rich Client I go to Start>Help>Application which opens the InfoCenter.

As far as I know, Infor doesn't believe there is anything to fix. I know with 11.0.18 and 11.0.20 they have added more fields to track, including userfields and deduction history, but I don't believe this was added.
