Infor Migration to 2012 causing programs not to open

We are working on a migration from 2008 to 2012. Now users are unable to open any programs even though they have the correct roles. The error message that comes up is "No programs or bookmarks were found for 'ic12'. This same message comes up for ALL programs for ALL users. Has anyone experienced this before or have any ideas on how to troubleshoot the issue?

I don't know the details well enough to direct you in detail, however...

There is typically a role that provides access to the product line. Lawson seems to like "lsapps" with the Win2012 migration so is it possible that you need to update the role that previously provided access to "prod" to now provide access to "lsapps"?

Also - anyone else have an issue with the link in the Community emails not taking you to the community post now that we've been "gifted" with Infor Concierge???

my link takes me to Infor Concierge. Same with link for open cases.

Hi Heather, One other thing to look at is the UserOptions Data Area setup. I don't know where that setting is globally, but you could check an individual user to see if it is set up correctly. I had a few people where it was set tot he Logan Data Area.

I have had this issue from time to time for some programs and some users, but not for all. What I had to do is go into BookMark Manager and assign the token to either a user or a group of users. I would open up an incident with Infor Support though before you go down that path. There may be a logical reason for it happening.

I just sent the following to my account manager to see who the question should be directed to:

In the past, when emails like the one below were received and a user clicked on the link, you were prompted to log in to the Infor Xtreme Site and then redirected to the Infor Community, to the topic noted in the email. Since Infor Concierge went live, it directs you to log in to Infor Concierge and then just sits there on the Concierge page. If you had previously gone to the Support Portal and then to the Infor Community, and did not close your browser, the link will take you to the Community and related chat.

Thank you! I will look at this also. I already have an incident open with Infor Support but they haven't been able to resolve the issue yet either.
