LP35 Records on multiple pages

For whatever reason when I changed an employee group for a birthday plan, the system created several pages of LP35 records that I need to delete. I have not used the query method in a while. Does anyone have any notes that can share? I need to delete all the "hold" records at one time.

Carmen,

Have you tried going to PR37.1 and deleting from there? If the batch hasn't been released by PR137 into PR36, you should be able to delete there. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Nothing there. I was just going to query the LP35 screen for the "hold" records and delete with the upload. Will this work?

Carmen,

I read LP as PR the first time, try Employee Service History Purge

(LP353), maybe report only first and one employee at a time to check it.
