Invalid User in response of ION API

Hi,

 

I am trying to configure the ION API to call M3 APIs in the workflow, but I am getting 'invalid User' as the response in the API call. The steps I performed are as follows

 

1. Created a Service account in IFS and downloaded the .csv file

2. Created an ION API connection point in ION Desk and imported the service account

 

3. Setup a get transaction to call the OIS100MI.getOrder API

4. Passed the Input parameters and setup the output parameters

5. Tested the transaction and got the response as  'Invalid User'

 

 

 

I am not sure what is the issue with the user, I see that ION API is working well in the homepage widgets

 

 

Could anyone help in resolving this issue?

Are you certain that the MingleID/Username you assigned to the Service Account has the correct M3 roles assigned ?
