How do you set up Lawson to allow employees to change the election for HSA  midyear using  ESS?

We are doing all changes manually. Employees will need to submit a paper form. Not entirely convenient but we found it would be the best option for now. Intellias has a module that helps with mid/year or every payroll changes, but we decided not for fork out the money for it and will take our chances that employees won't make many changes throughout the year. We'll see. 2020 will be our first year.
