We are noticing since installing CTP for 2020 W4 that the PR89 has not been updated to follow the FED W4 form. Is there another CTP for this available?
We noticed the same and our IT person disable the bookmark until we can open a ticket with Infor because they didn't update the PR89. PR89 is a low priority for us. We are rushing to get all the testing done by 01/01 to install the CTPs to update the W-4. I searched the KB and didn't find a CTP for the PR89.

Infor has released the update to Payment Modeling Functionality. Search knowledgebase for 2020 W-4. There is a document that discusses all the changes related to 2020 W-4. The functionality you are looking for is part of the 2020 W-4 Phase II updates. They include patches to PR89, PR13, PR160 with an additional patch for EMSS. We have applied all the patches, but we haven't opened up Payment Modeling on Self-Service yet, as we are working on putting together some instructions for employees by the tax authority to help them know which marital statuses and options apply specific authorities. For example Marital Status 4 is valid for Federal, but not valid for MD tax. In an ideal world, we wouldn't want to allow employees to select invalid options when they are trying to model something, but Payment Modeling is generic and works across all authorities supported by BSI so that likely isn't going to be supported any time soon. We are planning on turning Payment Modeling on soon and just requesting employees to follow the instructions we are creating now so that they enter valid values when they are using Payment Modeling. Unfortunately, some employees will not read or use the instructions, so we will also be looking to add something some type of disclaimer to accompany the re-launch of Payment Modeling.
