I am trying to set the account manager field on the lead entity based on some conditional criteria, but I am having trouble finding examples of how to do this other than setting it to the current user. I do not want to set the field to the current user. I want to set it to some other user based on the address state. How can I create a reference to the other user record and put it in the account manager field on the lead?
