I know this is last minute, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
We are adding a Roth option to our 401k and 403b plans. Most of the testing appeared correct. However, we discovered some issues with some of our highly compensated employees.
When the employee chooses both Pretax and Roth options, the Roth option does not come out. If they choose the Pretax or the Roth only, it will come out. This appears only to be an issue once they reach the highly compensation wage amount.
I see a past discussion on the Roth setup about a year ago, and a sample setup document was provided, which mirrors our setup on BN15. The sample did not include the BN18.6 Match Limit Schedule, or the BN19.3 Match limit, so I am not sure if I am missing anything.
I entered an Infor ticket on the issue, and after several weeks, they are referring me to a 2007 KB article describing a what a Roth selection is, and making a statement at the end that it must be set up as a separate plan.
If you have a BN15 plan set up with both Pre tax and Roth, would you be willing to share you setup with me?
Thank you in advance.
