I need to determine the effort that would be needed to create an email notification when an MSS termination is complete just for a specific population.
We currently use MSS. We'd like to add a notification email when a termination is approved and finalized. The email would be sent to our IT Help Desk where a ticket to close IT related accounts can be created.
The challenge being we only need an email for people who have an active directory account. Those people can be identified as they have a company email address (which is cleared upon termination), whereas people without an active directory account only have a personal email address.
Does anyone have such automation using IPA and workflows? Could you possibly share your knowledge?
