On TakeNotes, the EmployeeJournal business class, the field name is 'Entered By' and it shows the manager proxied too and not who actually entered/created the note.
Example - Heath is the manager. Annette proxied as Heath and entered a note on employee. The display on the Note and on the delivered manager dashboard shows the note was entered by Heath and not Annette who is who actually created/entered the note.
Per support, that is by design.
We used to have custom config console on the dashboard and form to show 'AuthenticatedActor' to be able to identify who actually created it without needing to go to Audit log and cross reference the actor id to see who actually did it. But that has stopped working (I do have a ticket)
Just seems that anyone using Proxy would want to see who actually created the note and not 'on behalf of'.
