The patches do not impact existing W-4 settings. The new inputs are only reflected on PR13.1-Tax Info 2 tab if ESS is used. Is anyone planning on updating existing old W-4 data to the new format? If so, how are you planning to deal with exemption calculations? The regs don't say anything about requiring new W-4's but the BSI tax calculations continue to allow existing exemptions being accounted for even though they have no dollar value in the new Dependents field.
