There's a delivered Employee Information contextual app that makes looking at common employee data a lot easier than using drill-around.

Search Infor Xtreme for Contextual apps and/or ask whatever consultant you are working with, or open a ticket. I'm not sure of the details on how to make sure it's available. Once it is available, when you are in Ming.le and navigate to Lawson S3 (portal via Ming.le, really) you'll see icons on the right-hand side of the screen and a gear icon that will take to you Contextual Apps Manager.

Hope this is enough to point you in the right direction.

We never use it. Don't think it has any benefit for us.
