Currently by default the Succession Management Module is accessible by Generalist/Administrators only for the whole company.
I was able to copy over and create Succession Management Security classes for Managers/Direct Supervisors.
What we want to do is tailor fit the Module and allow the Managers/Directors to "AddToPool" or "NominateAsSuccessor" only their Subordinates and Subordinates of their Subordinates.
I have used "AncestorDirectSupervisor" and many other trials on the PositionSuccessor Bussiness class but has not been successful.
Any tips would be appreciated.
