ACA - EMSS Problem loading new hire and annual enrollment

We are on version 9.0.1. and are testing the new ACA patches. We are having a problem when running BS531 and BN531. The BNBATCH file is defaulting the new ACA fields for all plan types, not just HL. Has anyone else had a similar problem? If so, have you had any luck resolving it?
