I have a question for those that have already built their job descriptions in the job and position business classes. We are on TM 11.0.22.0, use both the GHR and Talent Acquisition modules.
How do you deal with credentials that are essential but it could be 1 of 5 certifications? Or it is an essential certification or 3 years of experience?
