LTM - Performance Evals - html coding within comments sections on PDF

Knowing several of you use MS Word doing evals and then copy/paste data into the Comments sections on the eval itself, I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this issue.  

Viewing the PDF (consolidated) on some people shows 'html coding' in the pdf for Managers comments.
We know the manager did copy/paste data from Teams, email and Word to then paste into Infor.
We had this issue with ONE manager last year but he was literally the only one but it was like 5 or 6 evals.. all but 2 on his team if I remember correctly. Last year we were on premise.  This year/now, we are Multi tenant in the cloud.

 I'm attaching a document that has the screen shots of what we are seeing/what we think the issue is but not able to reproduce.

We are still on premise and we see this issue regularly (minimum 50% of the time), we do a few hundred evaluations at least once a year. If I type information into a field directly through Rich Client, it will automatically display the HTML code. Then, like you, if people paste from Word into the HTML5 client, we will sometimes see HTML code "under the hood", but mostly what displays for people is normal. We see this much worse for Mac users and people who insist on using unusual fonts, colors, tons of indents, bullets, etc. And now that we have the timeout under control, we are going to have to retrain people to NOT paste. We have reported this as an issue to Infor (incident 12574797, March of 2019) but nothing was resolved.



Regarding the timeout, the best thing we did with regard to the timeout was getting onto InforOS. Now it warns you, on every tab you have open, that you will be timing out. No more stealth timeouts. I'll be able to comment better on how this has helped us after our evaluation cycle this fall.
