Hi - we installed CM about 3 years ago but most of the work was done by consultants (who are no longer available) and a couple of people who are no longer with the company. I'm trying to get some information on a few things because we have had some issues lately. The first thing I am trying to find out is this - we have emails that get generated when a CM job scheduled by a user fails for some reason. The user receives an email with details that are really more for IT than for a user (I'm in IT). I'm trying to figure out how these emails are triggered - is there some kind of set up parameters somewhere? Thanks in advance.
