I am working on a Process Automation that will convert Non-Hours based Pay Codes (i.e. On-Call Pay) and convert them to hours for ACA purposes. For example we have a pay code for 12 hour On-Call. 1 "hour" of this pay code represents 12 hours of service for ACA purposes. The automation has been built, but i am trying to come up with a way to prove the output from the automation.
Has anybody else built a proof for converting non-hours based pay codes into hours of service for ACA? I would be willing to trade my automation, which includes a sub-process to run the initial assessments, for a proof.
