Moving user Jobs and Print files to a new ID

We have merged with another hospital and we are currently in the process of migrating our users from two separate domains to a new one.   When migrating our first test user over, the account gets a new SID so the user cannot see their jobs or print files.   

We used the jobdump and jobload to reload the users jobs on the test user and that worked great, but the user can still not see their old print files even though we renamed their Print_Directory to their new Domain_UserName and made sure the NTFS permissions we set to allow the NewDomainUserName to have access to the directory.

What else do we need to do within Lawson to get the new ID to see their old ID print files?  

Also I noticed that when you look at the GEN tables for the job information both the old NTID and the new NTID are showing up, so wondering if there is a better way to do this.

The majority of the print files can be recreated as needed. Whenever we moved to a new server, we never migrated jobs or print files. Users simply planned ahead and grabbed what (little) they needed. This resulted in a forced clean-up of job names, which was a good thing for many users. Perhaps ask them how much they really go back to that information - it may save you some headaches and/or consulting costs.
