delete GHR resource and/or reassign employee ID

We have a resource record for a non-employee record that has the wrong employee id.  Can the resource record be deleted?  Or is there a way to change the employee ID?   This is in GHR.   We know what is needed to fix the issue in S3, but not GHR.

Is the non-employee active or has a future start date? If they have a future start date you can delete the record by using the "as of date" to the date they are starting and go to DrillAround Audit log to delete the record.
