Merge Employee ID's

I'm sure the answer to this is somewhere in a forum, but is there any way to merge Lawson ID's?

I am thinking this is what you are referring to.
Employee record in the system, maybe termed, New hire comes in and gets added as a new record. Come to find out it is the same as a previous record. My HR team will deactivate the newest record (we use a status code of ZZ which was built as a duplicate record. They then update the new data to the old employee number. They then send payroll info to move any wages that were paid under the newest record and we process a pr82 to remove from new and add to the old. Usually for social number purposes they will change the new record to a bogus social so that they can update the old record accordingly.

It's exactly that, but wondering how the paystub would work in MHC.

Once you update the employees wages and such, then the next pay stub would include all the year to date buckets. and they would end up with one W2 once all is corrected
