Hi - we added several new deduction codes during the last open enrollment period, and we just received some reports from employees that they cannot view all the deduction codes on their pay stubs. We confirmed with our check printing vendor (EDGE), that we were within their limit, and everything sent over in the Lawson Print File was printing. So the issue seems to be somewhere in Lawson, a limit to the number of deduction codes that can appear on a paystub? Does anyone know where this is configured?
We anticipate adding more pay codes soon, so we'd also like to understand if there is a corresponding limit on pay codes.
