Does anyone have a system for tracking Educational/Forgivable Loans? We give out employees $5,000 dollars over the course of five years to obtain a degree. Once the employee receives the degree they have up to five years to pay it back or have the amount forgiven. Our policy states for each year they stay $1,000 dollars is forgiven. It's a very complicated policy for tracking any information is greatly appreciated.
